Welcome to Yogihood’s Terms and Conditions page. By accessing our website at https://yogihood.co.za and/or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or services.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Yogihood, we strive to provide flexibility and convenience for our members. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our classes and availability for all members, the following booking and cancellation policy applies:

• All class bookings must be made in advance through our website.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.
• If a booking is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the session will be charged in full.
• Bookings are not transferable or refundable.
• Where students are unable to attend the remainder of the month due to sickness, illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, where possible credit for the remaining classes will be provided.
• Classes carried over must be completed within the next month.
  

Packages

• For all Monthly Unlimited Classes, payments are due on the first of
  every month and are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be
  exchanged or carried forward.
• All drop in classes are payable in advance and expire within 3 months.
  All drop in classes non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be
  exchanged or carried forward.
